1. Chandler Road reconstruction
Project: Reconstructing and repaving all of Chandler Road.
Update: Paving for the project has finished. Striping is planned for the last week of September, said Rachel Reynolds, city of Keller’s communication and public engagement manager.

2. Elm Street reconstruction
Project: Widening and reconstructing the road, improving utilities and drainage, adding parking, sidewalks, seating, landscaping, lighting and wayfinding signage.
Update: The northbound lane will be closed during construction, Reynolds said.

- Cost: $28.01 million
- Funding source: city of Keller, Tarrant County
3. Mount Gilead Road Trail expansion
Project: A hike and bike trail will be added to the current trail along Mount Gilead Road from Woodborough Lane to Roanoke Road. The 10-foot-wide trail will extend 1,350 feet to the east and 500 feet to the south of the established trail.
Update: The project is still on schedule for completion with no notable traffic disruptions, Reynolds said.

4. SH 114 reconstruction
Project: Transform a nearly 3-mile stretch of SH 114 between FM 1938 and Dove Road into a six-lane freeway that includes additional frontage roads.
Update: The work is estimated for completion this fall and minimal lanes will be closed, said Val Lopez, Texas Department of Transportation’s public information officer. The remaining work includes finishing crosswalks, signals and installing barriers.

5. Park Vista Boulevard Improvements
Project: Expanded the previous two lanes to a four-lane divided road with a median. The median is positioned from Keller Haslet to Timberland Boulevard. Additional improvements include drainage, streetlights and bigger sidewalks.
