The Harmon Road project, from US 287 to Golden Triangle Boulevard, is 50% complete, according to city of Fort Worth.

The two-year project started in March 2021 and should be completed by March 2023. Harmon Road is being rebuilt as a four-lane road with roundabouts to be installed at Golden Triangle Boulevard, Heritage Trace Parkway and Presidio Vista Drive.

There will be a 10-foot shared-use path on both sides of Harmon Road. There will also be streetlight improvements, water line relocations, storm drainage improvements and a traffic signal at the intersection of Harmon Road and Quail Grove Drive for Fire Station No. 45, which opened on Oct. 17.

The east leg of Golden Triangle was closed until Oct. 12, which limited access to I-35W from East Bonds Ranch Road. Harmon will have portions closed until December, according to the city, with at least two lanes open—one in each direction. In the eastbound lanes of East Bonds Ranch, intersection improvements will include asphalt and roadway paving for future lanes and roundabouts, utility relocation, street lighting and traffic signals installations.
