The stretch of road from SH 170 to just before Oak Trail will be affected for three to four weeks as new asphalt is laid down, according to a Westlake road construction update.
During this time, all lanes will be closed from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. daily. Message boards have been placed at the site to let drivers know of potential delays and detours.
The town of Westlake advises drivers to find alternate routes during construction.
