There are six different floor plans available that include one-, two- or three-bedroom layouts. Each home comes with a full-size appliance package, which includes a washer and dryer. Other features include an open kitchen with quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, walk-in closets and more, according to the company.
According to Property Manager Denise Rodriguez, the first residents moved in on Nov. 15.
“We have a total of 88 homes accepted; [the] remainder are still under construction,” Rodriguez said. “More than half of accepted homes are currently occupied.”
Amenities include a gym facility and social room—both with 24/7 access—two community pools, a putting green, a dog park, and a private catch-and-release pond that leads to a private access to Alliance park.
Rodriguez said what makes the property different is no wall is shared, and there are private attached garages and private yards in each home.
“Management handles all aspects of valet trash, pest control, landscaping, and [the] home is already equipped with AT&T internet,” Rodriguez said. “We love being a part of this community. We are honored to present its first single-family home rental development and bring more light to a town that has so much character.”
