Fort Worth District 10 Council Member
Alan Blaylock is inviting residents to join him at the District 10 Let’s Move, Fort Worth! Transportation Fair on Oct. 23.
The detailsAccording to the city's transportation website,
movingamillion.org, the event will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Truett Wilson Middle School in Haslet. The event is one of several transportation fairs happening across the city in October. The fairs are designed to get feedback from residents on the city’s
master transportation plan that will affect the future of transit, including:
- Walking and biking
- Driving
- Flying
- Public transportation
According to the District 10
Facebook page, there will be hands-on activities where attendees can map their most frequent trips and point out locations in the greatest need of improvements. Attendees will also have the opportunity to provide feedback on other mobility projects happening around the city.
