Fort Worth Bike Sharing and Texas Health Resources will extend the "Free First Fri-YAY" program to include four days of free bike rentals from Oct. 31–Nov. 3.

The backstory

According to a news release, Fort Worth residents and visitors can explore the city for free during the first Friday of every month in 2024 due to a partnership between North Texas Healthy Communities and Fort Worth Bike Sharing.

The news release states that the rental bikes include both regular and electric-assist bikes and are available at more than 60 bike-sharing stations across the city. Locations are listed on the station map on the Fort Worth Bike Sharing website. Bikes must be docked back in and checked out every two hours to avoid accruing extra charges.

What you need to know

To access the free bike-share passes, riders will need to download the BCycle app and use promo code 92020APP, according to the news release. Riders can also use promo code 92020 at many of the bike-sharing kiosks.
