Mayor Mattie Parker and other city officials were on hand Aug. 19 to cut the ribbon on the fifth-floor customer service area, according to a Facebook post.
Services for residents, developers and other customers who need in-person assistance include:
- Development services
- Water bill pay and water applications
- Central cashier
- Parks and recreation
- Environmental services
- Transportation and public works
- Neighborhood services
- Fire department
Hours of the new customer service area are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., according to the news release.
