Fort Worth residents will have the opportunity to weigh in on the city's comprehensive plan.

Fort Worth's 2050 comprehensive plan establishes a shared vision for the city based on goals, objectives, strategies and policies. City officials will host a meeting April 22 in north Fort Worth to get input from members of the community.

The details

The comprehensive plan community engagement session will be held at Leo Adams Middle School, located at 1069 Eagle Blvd. in Haslet, and begin at 6 p.m., according to a city news release. The meeting is one of eight being held at different venues across the city this spring.

The city news release states that a ninth event, titled Vision Summit!, is an opportunity for community members and city officials to utilize the information shared during these outreach sessions to reimagine Fort Worth’s future. Vision Summit! is scheduled for May 21, and the location is still being determined.
