What should
Fort Worth parks look like in 20 years? That’s the overlying question that city officials hope residents will help them answer during two different open houses in January.
The detailsAccording to city news releases, city officials are hosting two open houses at various locations throughout the city in the coming days. They include:
- 6-8 p.m., Jan. 25 at Golden Triangle Library, 4264 Golden Triangle Blvd.
- 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Jan. 27 at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, 3220 Botanic Garden Blvd.
The news releases state that event attendees will be asked to visit information stations, answer questions and participate in activities to give staff members insight. This feedback will help them create a road map that will foster management of the city’s parks, recreation facilities and open spaces for years to come.
