In honor of the 150th birthday, the post stated that the department is hosting a food drive on Nov. 30 to support the Tarrant Area Food Bank, with a goal to bring in 130 to 150 pounds of food.
Those interested in supporting the food drive can bring in non-perishable items to any fire station or to the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex located at 505 W. Felix St. in Fort Worth.
