Fort Worth Water customers using the Paymentus site to pay their water bill will need to changes soon.

What’s happening?

According to a city news release, the Paymentus site is going away Oct. 27. Both residential and commercial customers will need to move their accounts to the city’s MyH2O portal by Oct. 30.

Residential customers need to know the following:
  • The city has extended the deadline to move water accounts to the MyH2O portal to Oct. 27 to allow customer’s existing information—including billing and payment history—to move with them.
  • Customers using autopay who fail to move their accounts by Oct. 27 will have autopay discontinued and will need to register on the MyH2O portal.
Commercial customers need to know the following:
  • Customers can access the MyH2O portal beginning Oct. 30.
  • Businesses and other commercial users will not be able to move their account or autopay information to the new MyH2O portal. A new registration and autopay setup is required.
  • Business users can set up a primary company profile for easy account portfolio management and can pay multiple accounts with one login as well as setting up automatic payments.

The MyH2O portal launched in 2022 as a key piece to the MyH2O program, the news release states. Among the many MyH2O portal features and benefits, customers can see their water usage on an hourly basis as well as setting up alerts about usage and bills, according to the news release.
