Dec. 1 through Dec. 13: Decorate your home

•The Town of Trophy Club is hosting its annual Holiday Lights Contest. Residents with a Trophy Club address can nominate themselves or a neighbor to have the decorations judged. Six awards will be given: best display that has an organized theme, the best street/cul-de-sac effort, the best character use, the best outdoor tree, the best use of animation, the most lights and the judge’s favorite. Dec. 8: Attend a fashion show

Dec. 10: Have Breakfast With Santa

Head to Chop Shop for the city of Roanoke’s First Responder’s Breakfast with Santa. Breakfast food will be pre-plated and include a variety of choices. Gift bags and entertainment will be provided during each breakfast. Tickets are $10, available before the event and will not be sold at the door. Dec. 10: 15th annual Reindeer Romp 5K

Northwest ISD is hosting its 15th annual Reindeer Romp 5K and 1-mile fun run. Participants of all ages can participate in the romp, with proceeds benefiting the Physical Education Departments of NISD. Dec. 16: Play disc golf

The Professional Disc Golf Association is hosting a Dynamic Discs Flex Start Friday Tournament at Trophy Club Park. The event is a casual tournament that allows players to play competitively without the stress or expense. The tournament features 42 divisions for different age groups and skill levels. Dec. 17: Honor veterans

The Town of Trophy Club is hosting a Wreaths Across America event. Volunteers will place wreaths on the graves of the 75 veterans in the Medlin Cemetery.
