The city of Keller has two open council spots for city council that will be on the ballot May 3, with one seat uncontested and race featuring two candidates.

Council Place 3 incumbent Karen Brennan is running unopposed to retain her seat. Brennan was elected in a special election last year after the former Place 3 council member resigned.

Real estate broker Tag Green, the incumbent for council Place 4, is running against local investment advisor Cesar Tovar. Green was elected to Place 4 in 2022.

The deadline to file for a city council seat in Keller was Feb. 14 at 5 p.m.
