A new child development center along Old Denton Road in Fort Worth opened a full daycare service for Keller ISD children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old.

The Clayton Child Development Center provides a safe, nurturing environment for children, according to its website. Students at the center learn through the Frog Street curriculum, which focuses on building relationships and consistent routines.

The center, located at the Keller North Early Learning Center, offers care on weekdays from 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.

The backstory


Clayton Youth Enrichment is a nonprofit organization dedicated to after-school programming at more than 75 locations in Tarrant County. The organization expanded its services with Keller ISD through a partnership in 1993.

Renee Cossman, a public relations representative for Clayton Youth Enrichment, said the organization is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Its first location opened at Lily B. Clayton Elementary in Fort Worth ISD in 1975.
