According to district documents, the additional funds will be used for the following items:
- $365,750 - food service
- $72,350 - bookstore, copy center, art department
- $10,000 - wireless access points
- $11,000 - security cameras

Anglin added the district has secured a contract with Barnes and Noble and the bookstore layout revisions are in accordance with the lease expectations. Due to the transition to a 6G network, Anglin said that wireless access points were needed in buildings NW02 and NW03.
Anglin said the bookstore, the copy center and the food service area are all considered auxiliary enterprises in that they all generate revenue for the district.
