The four new hires are as follows:
- Jodi Webster: director of health services
- Kimberley Paul: Heritage Elementary principal
- Beatrice Rivera: Woodland Springs Elementary principal

According to the news release, Webster’s positions in the healthcare industry are as follows:
- Division director of quality at Medical City Healthcare
- Case manager at Integra Hospice
- Staff nurse at Medical Center of Lancaster
The news release states that Paul has been serving the district as an assistant principal at Basswood Elementary and has also held administrative positions at North Riverside Elementary, Ridgeview Elementary and Woodland Springs Elementary. Prior to joining Keller ISD, Paul taught in Arlington ISD.
According to the news release, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at Denton and a master of educational leadership from Texas Christian University.
For the past three years, Rivera has served as assistant principal at Whitley Road Elementary School, according to the news release. She began her educational career in Fort Worth ISD. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication and advertising from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master of educational leadership from Texas Christian University.
The news release states Crawford served as the principal at Trinity Springs Middle School this past school year and was an assistant principal at Heritage Elementary the previous year. Other roles in education include:
- three years as assistant principal in Arlington ISD
- 10 years teaching in Birdville ISD before transitioning to an administrative role
