The Keller ISD Education Foundation launched a new giving platform called O.N.E Fund, which stands for Ongoing Needs and Essentials, according to a July 16 news release issued by the organization.

The fund is designed to support KISD students and teachers by allowing donors the option to contribute to specific areas, as the district incurred a budget deficit in the fiscal year 2023-24.

The O.N.E Fund comprises four main areas of giving:
  • Fine arts assistance
  • Literacy initiatives
  • Science and technology
  • Special programs and resources
Additionally, donors can also choose to contribute to a fifth area, which would allow the foundation to allocate funds where they are most needed.

Per the release, every dollar given through the fund will go directly into classrooms to address ongoing needs as they arise.
