Keller ISD Education Foundation unveiled its 2022-23 annual report Aug. 17, showcasing the foundation's impact on thousands of students and educators across the district throughout the school year.

According to the report, the foundation raised $403,000 through several events, such as the annual gala and golf tournament, and through corporate donations and other contributions. The funds supported numerous programs for Keller ISD students and teachers including:
  • 324 scholarships
  • 32 educational grants
  • More than 1,200 free backpacks distributed
  • Countless free meals provided to the district's 34,121 students

The backstory


According to a district news release, the Keller ISD Education Foundation was established in 2005 by a group of Keller ISD parents and volunteers. It supports the delivery of enriching and innovative education to more than 34,000 students and 4,000 educators and staff members across the district by supporting, funding and promoting educational excellence, innovation and creativity in Keller ISD.
