Lakeview Elementary School will have a revamped looked when school starts for the 2023-24 school year in August.

Northwest ISD officials said the school at 100 Village Trail, Trophy Club, is undergoing a renovation project that was from the 2021 bond passage. All of the elementary schools will be Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant, according to the NISD communication department.

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the project has an estimated cost of $311,000 with a completion date of Aug. 1. New playground equipment, and resurfacing of the upper and lower playground areas are part of the project that will begin in mid-May.
