State publishes spring STAAR results for Keller ISD

Keller ISD’s state assessment scores were released Aug. 15.

The State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, or STAAR, test elementary and junior high students for reading and mathematics proficiency. Certain grades are also tested in writing, social studies and science.

High school students are tested in algebra, biology, English and history.

The Texas Education Agency also released A-F accountability ratings for the 2018-19 school year Aug. 15. See how KISD schools scored.
