Urban Egg, a local "daytime eatery," is opening just west of Alliance Town Center and will feature breakfast and lunch items, shareables and healthy options.

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the location will be 3,800 square feet and will open in late spring.

The website states the menu includes the following breakfast and lunch options:

• Cinnamon rolls
• Blue corn huevos rancheros
• Omelettes and benedicts
• Monte Cristo sandwiches
• Assorted adult beverages, coffees and teas

Urban Egg is part of the Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group, which has been in business since 2002, according to the company’s website.
