A new snack concept has arrived in the Unique Dining Capital of Texas.

The details

Fat Brands Inc. announced in a Jan. 15 news release that a Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery and Pretzelmaker is now open under one roof in Roanoke.

According to the release, the Dallas-Fort Worth store "seamlessly blends the three snack concepts together to create an experience all in one."

The snack stop will offer fan-favorite cookies and cookie cakes; hand-churned ice cream with customizable mix-in toppings; ice cream cakes and fresh-baked pretzel bites.

To celebrate the concept, the Roanoke Crossing location will hold a grand opening Jan. 30 from 4-7 p.m. The first 100 customers will receive a free cookie cake slice and samples of pretzel bites. Ice cream will be provided, as well.

What else?

The store will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, according to the release.

It was announced in July 2024 that just the Marble Slab Creamery would be opening that same location, according to previous reporting.

While there have been combination stores with Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery, this is the first time the third concept, Pretzelmaker, has been added to the sweet shops, the news release states.
