A fire that ironically started in the chimney forced this eatery to temporarily shut down days after it opened. It re-opened Dec. 4 and is back to serving a health-driven menu and serves minimally processed food, according to its website.

The pizza place opened a new Keller location, which is the 10th one in Texas and the eighth one in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex.
The restaurant chain serves up a menu full of pizza, wings, sandwiches, salads and more, according to its website.

The restaurant website states the business started in 2013 in Central Point, Oregon. A second location was opened in Medford, Oregon, in 2016.
The Fort Worth location, which serves typical pub grub, is the third location for the business, with two more locations coming soon in Denver.

4. Dave’s Hot Chicken
A fast casual Nashville hot chicken restaurant, the company is opening a location in Alliance Town Center, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
According to the company’s website, the restaurant’s menu includes four options of chicken tenders, sliders or a combination of both. Entrees can also be ordered in a range of spiciness.

Construction on a new Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant in North Fort Worth will begin in March 2025, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The eatery serves up breakfast and lunch menus that include bagels, bagel sandwiches and hot, iced and blended beverages.

A Subway sandwich shop is slated to open in 2025 inside the Walmart on Golden Triangle Boulevard in North Fort Worth. Subway restaurants offer breakfast, lunch and dinner items, including sandwiches and wraps, flatbreads and salads.

Owners Joe and Tammy Reid broke ground for their new Te'Jun restaurant, which serves Cajun favorites such as crawfish, po'boy sandwiches and sausage, in Keller on Nov. 7. Like the other two restaurants, this location is near water—a pond backs up to the property—where patrons will be able to enjoy outdoor dining on a patio. The installation of a dock is also planned.

9. Chop Shop Live
Music venue Chop Shop Live in downtown Roanoke went out with a jam Nov. 3 and permanently closed its doors. Menu items included “trashcan” nachos, burgers, sandwiches and “spark plugs"—deep fried jalapenos stuffed with pimento cheese.
