After opening Nov. 11, HG SPLY CO in Alliance Town Center is closed temporarily due to a fire that occurred Nov. 15.

The details

Kyle Clay of the Fort Worth Fire Department said the fire was accidental and started in the chimney.

“At the time of the fire, there were 40-50 staff members and 35 diners inside the building,” Clay said. “There were no injuries, but a fire fighter was treated for a reaction to the heat.”

A spokesperson with UNCO, the restaurant’s parent company, said Nov. 15 that a reopening date has yet to be determined.
