MAD Mexican Grill, a family-run restaurant that blends generations of traditional Mexican recipes with a modern flair, is opening a new location in Keller.

According to a city news release, the menu of MAD—which stands for the initials of founders Mayra, Arianah and David Gonzalez—Mexican Grill is based upon the culinary traditions found in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and Delicias, Mexico.

According to the restaurant’s website, the three founders brought together their unique experience to form the business. David has an extensive restaurant management background, Mayra transitioned from a career in healthcare while their daughter, Arianah, has experience with the recipes that provide the menu’s foundation.
