Son of a Butcher restaurant is now open in Alliance Town Center.

According to a news release, the new 2,388-square-foot location offers both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The patio is dog friendly and comes complete with the following amenities for four-legged members of the family:

  • Picnic tables
  • Fans

According to the company's website, Son of a Butcher features sliders made from premium Wagyu beef, chicken or black beans. The food menu also includes sides such as onion rings, nacho fries and waffle fries. Drinks include shakes, margaritas, beer and wine and soft drinks.

The website states the Wagyu beef sliders include:
  • The Classic with comeback sauce, American cheese and a pickle
  • The PB&J with blackberry jam, bacon, crunchy peanut butter, American cheese and caramelized onion
  • The Irishman with sharp Irish cheddar, parsley salad, caramelized onion and Irish stout aioli
This is the fourth location in the DFW area. The other locations include Grapevine, Legacy Hall Plano and Lower Greenville in Dallas.
