Enzo Sushi is now open near the intersection of I-35W and Heritage Trace Parkway just west of Alliance Town Center.

The details

According to a Google search of the menu, the restaurant offers:

Cold plates
Sushi and sashimi
Izakaya small plates
Cocktails, wine, sake and beer

Enzo specials include bluefin tuna flight, white fish flight, yellowtail roll and shrimp tempura roll.
