Son of a Butcher Slider Bar is slated to open in Alliance in early fall.

According to a news release, the eatery is a chef-inspired concept that blends nostalgia with bold, modern flavors.

“Think classic burgers with a twist,” the news release states. “At Son of a Butcher, guests can dive into fresh choices like wagyu [beef], chicken and veggie sliders, chicken tenders, filthy sodas, creamy shakes, and crispy fries.”

Son of a Butcher is a concept of Dallas-based restaurant group FB Society and was originally created as a food stall at Legacy Food Hall in Plano. The Alliance location will feature indoor and outdoor dining spaces.

“[Son of a Butcher] is all about pushing boundaries,” said Tim Timbsin, president of Son of a Butcher, in the news release. “We take a classic burger and add unexpected combinations to challenge flavor norms. [Son of a Butcher] is perfect for the adventurous foodie and those with more classic tastes—we look forward to bringing the Alliance community a new spot the whole family will enjoy.”
