Delucca Gaucho Pizza is set to open in Alliance Town Center this spring in Fort Worth.

The pizzeria uses wood-fired ovens to make Neapolitan pizzas. These are served “gaucho-style,” meaning instead of ordering from a menu, customers can instead sample an unlimited number of handcrafted pizza slices for one fixed price. Dessert pizzas are also available, and the restaurant will offer an extensive wine, beer and cocktail list.

Delucca has five current locations—four of which are in North Texas—and the Alliance location is under construction as well as another upcoming location in Las Colinas, which is also set to open this spring, co-owner Scott Smith said. He said he envisions about 10 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and plans to open franchises are also in the works.
