An eighth Golden Chick location in Fort Worth is being added in the northeast part of town.

The Richardson-based fast-food chain serves fried chicken, grilled chicken, catfish, sandwiches and more. Construction is slated to be completed by Sept. 21, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The $900,000 project will deliver a 1,480-square-foot restaurant at 8677 N. Beach St. later this fall.

The restaurant’s website list the location as coming soon. The chicken restaurant chain has more than 50 locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
