Hoshi Ramen, a Japanese restaurant offering authentic Japanese ramen, rice bowls, salads, noodle dishes and more, has opened at 1301 Keller Parkway, Ste. 200.

According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, the menu is rounded out with appetizers—including edamame, fried spring rolls and gyoza—a children’s menu and desserts. Drinks include soft drinks, beer, sake and soju. According to liquor.com, soju is a low-alcohol spirit that has been distilled in Korea for hundreds of years and is the best-selling liquor in the world by volume.
