For those seeking organic Mexican food that is almost entirely gluten-free, Hugo’s Invitados will be opening soon in Westlake’s Entrada development.

According to the company website, every dish is handcrafted from nutritious, sustainable ingredients that are always fresh, never fried, and made to fit every diet and taste.

The menu includes:
  • Salmon a la parrilla: a guajillo-marinated fire-grilled Atlantic salmon served with Mexican rice peperonata and cilantro poblano sauce
  • Wagyu carne asada: ancho-marinated and wood-grilled wagyu steak, chef-cut with poblano rajas enchilada and pearl onion guiso
  • Brisket ahumado enchiladas: house-smoked brisket, poblanos, bell peppers, roasted onions, queso ranchero and chile Morita sauce
Hugo’s Invitados also serves complimentary tortilla chips that are baked—never fried—and served with its scratch-made salsas.

According to Matt Whiteley, director of brands with Hospitality Inspirado, the location will open in the first quarter of 2024. The original location is in the Los Colinas area of Irving.

“This new location will continue Hugo's Invitados' dedication to crafting guest-inspired and celebratory experiences at every turn, with a uniquely chef-crafted menu of upscale Latin-influence cuisine and top-shelf cocktails, extensive private event opportunities and one of the world's largest collections of world-class agave spirits,” Whiteley said.
