Nautical Bowls, a franchise-based business founded in Minnesota, is scheduled to open Jan. 24 at 1301 Keller Parkway, Ste. 400, in Keller, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Nautical Bowls offers bowls that are gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based and soy-free; contain zero refined sugars; and are made with organic, all-natural ingredients, according to the company website.

The bowls use various flavors of sorbet as the base, and customers can either select from a list of 10 signature bowls or make their own. Signature bowls include the Nauti Bowl, which contains acai, pitaya—another name for dragon fruit that comes from Nicaragua—granola, banana, cacao nibs and peanut butter; the Big Island Bowl, which comes with blue majik—a combination of pineapple, mango, and spirulina—acai, pitaya, mango, coconut, vanilla chia, granola, strawberries, goji berries and hemp seeds; and the Sail Bowl, which contains acai, pitaya, peanut butter cacao chia, banana, strawberries, cacao nibs and coconut butter crumbles.

Customers wanting to make their own bowls can select from six different bases, including mango, pitaya and coconut, as well as eight different toppings, including almonds, coconut flakes and pumpkin seeds. Further selections include various fruits and drizzles, and customers can also choose whether to include protein or granola. https://nauticalbowls.com
