Shotzee’s Bar & Grill, an American restaurant, is opening in mid-December at 134 S. Main St. in Keller, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page. The new restaurant is opening in the spot formerly occupied by Roscoe’s Smokehouse, which permanently closed in August.
