LivSmart Studios has apartment-style suites with full kitchens and amenities like fitness and laundry facilities. The studios are built to accommodate guest stays of 20 nights or more.
Project Manager Mit Patel said the hotel is still in the permitting process but is expected to be completed 15 months after construction starts. He said the hotel will benefit corporate business leaders in a growing area near Texas Motor Speedway.
