Located near the intersection of McPherson Boulevard and Brewer Boulevard, the community will span 13.5 acres and house 284 units across seven buildings, according to a Dec. 4 news release. The community will also feature a clubhouse, fitness area, community lounges, a resort-style pool, a dog park and more.

Trailhead at Chisholm Creek is located within the 625-acre master-planned community Chisholm Trail Ranch located about 9 miles south of downtown Fort Worth.
The project comes from a joint venture between Titan Development and Aberg Property Company.
Construction on Trailhead is slated to finish in fall 2024, a media representative said in an email. The community is planned for a phased turnover beginning in the first quarter of 2024.
