Parkside at Alliance Town Center, a 30,000-square-foot food and entertainment development within AllianceTexas, will soon be adding its first five tenants.

The development, located north of Heritage Trace Parkway at Hillwood Parkway, sits adjacent to Bluestem Park, a 14-acre park with integrated trails and green space. According to Mark Miller, senior vice president of retail at Hillwood, grocer H-E-B will anchor the development and is scheduled to open in spring 2024.

Hillwood is the developer of AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre, master-planned development encompassing industrial, logistics, corporate office, retail, aviation, multifamily housing and more.

The details

According to Miller, the first round of tenants will be opening their doors in June. They are:Black Rifle Coffee Co. is veteran owned and imports high-quality coffee beans. Pet Bar offers upscale pet grooming and self-service washing. Torchy's Tacos and Cava are both fast-casual restaurants. Torchy’s is an Austin-based taco joint, while Cava serves up Mediterranean cuisine. Dash Nail Spa will offer luxury manicure and pedicure services.

Miller also said four other tenants will be moving to the development throughout the rest of the year. They are:
  • Soul Bird Chkn Shack
  • Hash Kitchen
  • Sicilian Butcher
  • Weekend Dentistry
Soul Bird Chkn Shack serves up chicken sandwiches, salads, crispy wings and jumbo tenders. Hash Kitchen and Sicilian Butcher are concepts from celebrity chef Joey Maggiore. Hash Kitchen is a brunch spot famous for its bloody mary bar with 40 different toppings, while Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired establishment. Weekend Dentistry offers family dentistry and emergency care seven days a week.

Miller added Hillwood is working on a fifth building for the development.

“Our goal is to deliver the fifth building this fall so tenants can hopefully open around the same time as H-E-B,” Miller said.
