According to Mark Miller, senior vice president of retail at Hillwood, grocer H-E-B will anchor the development and is scheduled to open in spring 2024.
Hillwood is the developer of AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre, master-planned development encompassing industrial, logistics, corporate office, retail, aviation, multifamily housing and more.
According to Miller, the first round of tenants will be opening their doors in June. They are:
- Black Rifle Coffee Co.
- Pet Bar
- Torchy's Tacos
- Dash Nail Spa
In case you missed it
Miller also said four other tenants will be moving to the development throughout the rest of the year. They are:
- Soul Bird Chkn Shack
- Hash Kitchen
- Sicilian Butcher
- Weekend Dentistry
Miller added Hillwood is working on a fifth building for the development.
“Our goal is to deliver the fifth building this fall so tenants can hopefully open around the same time as H-E-B,” Miller said.
