The construction of a planned multifamily development in Fort Worth has been pushed back due to design changes.

Resia, headquartered in Miami, Florida, plans to construct a $45 million apartment complex at the southwest corner of North Tarrant Parkway and I-35W, in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.

Spokesperson Juan Lizarraga said construction is estimated to start in March. A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation had Oct. 3 as the proposed start for the project. The construction project, a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, will now have 470 total units, up from the originally planned 322. There will be a clubhouse with a commons area, a fitness center and swimming pool, according to Lizarraga. This will be Resia’s second DFW location, the first is in Denton. www.liveresia.com
