With opening day for the Keller Farmers Market pushed back until June 6, local growers are providing residents a new option for purchasing through KFM2GO, or Keller Farmers Market to-go.

Every Saturday in May, residents can now utilize the farmers market’s no-contact curbside pickup service, located in the parking lot of Bear Creek Park, 400 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller.

All KFM2GO options are specially curated to provide the “best and freshest offerings” for residents, according to the farmers market's website.

To-go vendor options include a wide selection of produce, fruits and meats, along with other popular items, such as honey, coffee, eggs, bread, salsas, jellies and more. In addition, select non-food items will be available, including soaps, dog treats and metal artwork.

“We are also offering delicious, ready-to-eat food to go,” the website said.

Meal options, like brisket, tacos and health bars, will be available from restaurants, such as JR’s BBQ-N-More, The Healthy Hippie Café and 3F Premiere Catering.

To utilize KFM2GO options, area residents can preorder online at www.kellerfarmersmarket.com by choosing a specific date and time for pickup from each vendor when ordering.

On the selected pickup date, residents can drive up to the vendor, and products will be loaded into the back seat or trunk of their vehicle.

KFM2GO will be operational every Saturday in May from 9 a.m.-noon.
