Trophy Club Town Council voted to name Patrick Arata as interim town manager on March 28.

According to a town press release, Arata has been with Trophy Club since 2014 as chief of police and has served as interim town manager once before in 2016.

Arata is stepping in as interim town manager with the departure of Wade Carroll, who announced his acceptance of the town manager position in nearby Westlake. Council will conduct a national search to fill this position, according to the press release.
