A homeowners association will be created to maintain any common elements for Bobcat Village. The Trophy Club Planning and Zoning Commission suggested the terms for approval include that private streets should be privately owned and maintained by the HOA, according to meeting documents.
Council requested there be one HOA for both plat phases at the meeting.
Council members added an amendment that “a single HOA be named and responsible for ownership of all commonly owned property including the roadway between phase one and two,” according to the amendment read at the meeting.
An amendment to Phase 2 was added to identify a 5-foot access easement to the plat, according to council at the meeting.
The concept plan for Bobcat Village was approved in December 2021.
