Hawaiian Falls unveiled new park enhancements, events and seasonal celebrations for the 2026 season.
The details
The water park opened May 2 under new owners Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, which bought the Hawaiian Falls properties in Roanoke, Mansfield and Waco last August, according to previous reporting.
The new ownership group invested $1 million in park upgrades, including new amenities, enhanced food and drink offerings and new events, according to a news release.
All the wave pools had new LED jumbo screens installed for events such as dine-in movies, FIFA World Cup watch parties and other live-stream sporting events, according to a news release.
Other changes include:
- Painted or waxed slide
- Resurfaced wave pool and lazy river pools
- Updated bathrooms
- New cabanas and park loungers
- New water delivery systems at all parks to ensure a higher level of water clarity
- Special appearances by the new Hawaiian Falls Robo Dog
- New drink auto-refill program
- Customized America's 250th birthday Hawaiian Falls T-shirts, towels and waterproof cell phone cases

Active-duty military and veterans with a valid ID can purchase a special-priced daily admission ticket. Season passes this year will include one free ticket to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum in Grand Prairie.
The Roanoke park is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, according to previous reporting.
