The breakdown
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work on the new AutoZone will begin in March 2026 and is estimated to be finished in June 2026.
The scope of the work is a complete remodel of the current freestanding building. The renovations are estimated to cost $460,193, according to TDLR's filing.
AutoZone is an auto parts store that sells car batteries, engines, brake pads, oil filters, spark plugs and wiper blades, among other automotive parts and accessories.
Store employees also can check the diagnostics of a car, car battery life and can run free tests to check a vehicle’s engine.
