Omni Air International will maintain its footprint at the Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport Maintenance Facility.

During the June 10 Fort Worth City Council meeting, the Tulsa-based company renewed its lease that expired March 1. It will be leasing 71,220 square feet and will have six aircraft parking spaces. According to city documents, the new lease if for five years with one renewal option for three additional years.

The details

Omni Air International started in 1993 and specializes in passenger charter flights and aircraft, crew and maintenance, according to its website.

The company's lease is broken down to two separate fees as part of negotiations between the city's Property Management Department, Hillwood Properties and Omni.


The cost for the space starts at $117,513 for the first year and will then go up each of the following four years to $131,757, $146,001, $167,367 and $185,172, respectively.

The second portion is for the aircraft parking fees and the yearly rent will be $162,000 for the first year. By the fifth year, it will be $182,332.32, according to city documents. For all five years, the city is estimating $1.6 million in funds that will be contributed to the Alliance Maintenance Facility fund.

The original lease was signed Feb. 20, 2020, for 26,470 square feet of office and through three expansions between 2021-24. The leased space has grown to 71,220 square feet of warehouse and aircraft space, according to city documents.
