Paramount Aerospace Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Paramount Group US Inc., providing aircraft supply, maintenance, ground support, pilot training, air base construction and aircraft modernization to air forces around the world, according to its website.
The details
An initial lease was signed on Dec. 23, 2019, at 2070 Eagle Parkway, Building No. 16, at the Alliance Fort Worth maintenance base. There was a second lease signed on June 15, 2022, for 13,500 square feet at 2000 Eagle Parkway.
The rental rate at 2070 Eagle Parkway is for 23,763 square feet, an expansion from the existing 21,624 square feet that happened in 2023.
The revised rent starts at $1.25 per square foot for 12 months and goes up to $1.35 per square foot for month 13 to month 24; up to $1.40 per square foot for months 25-36; $1.45 per square foot for months 37-48; and $1.50 per square feet for months 49-60, according to city documents.
The yearly rent breakdown per year is as follows:
- First year: $29,703.75
- Second year: $32,080.05
- Third year: $33,268.20
- Fourth year: $34,456.35
- Fifth year: $35,644.50
The rental rate at 2000 Eagle Parkway will be 65 cents per square foot for 60 months, a cost of $8,775 per year, according to city documents.
