Tanger Outlets Fort Worth is inviting members of the community to celebrate
Earth Day with a family-friendly bee workshop April 20.
The detailsAccording to a news release, the free event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., will take place near the Polo Ralph Lauren store. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Plant pollinator flowers.
- View an observational hive on display.
- Meet the center’s beekeeper.
- Participate in honey tastings.
The news release states that Tanger Outlets Fort Worth partners with urban beekeeping company
Alvéole to house over 15,000 bees in one rooftop hive as part of its ongoing effort to increase the greater bee population locally and around the globe. Community members that wish to learn more about the Tanger Outlets Fort Worth beehive can
follow the hive on social media as the company kicks off its 2024 bee season.
