The new year will bring with it a renovation project at Charles Schwab headquarters in Westlake.

The backstory

The campus, located at 3000 Schwab Way, is spread out over 70 acres within Hillwood's Circle T Ranch development. It has been the headquarters of the multinational financial services company since Jan. 1, 2021, when it was relocated from San Francisco, California.

The details

Peter A. Greenley, director of corporate external relations, said that the renovation plans include completing the interiors of the fourth office building at the Westlake campus. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website, renovations for the 85,144 square-foot space include:
  • New partitions
  • New ceilings
  • Millwork
  • Finishes and associated improvements for a full-service cafe
  • Training center
  • Event space
Greenley added that the space is slated to be occupied in the first half of 2025.
