“It’s been a long process,” Regional Manager Nikki Saldana said. “We started preleasing August of 2022, so it’s been exciting to see the project come to a close. We should have our final building completed by the end of July, so we’re super excited.”
The Lyric has 475 units, and to date Saldana said 50% of them are occupied. The development features all interior corridors with elevators, which Saldana said is unique in the Keller area.
“We’re finding that as people come into the community, they’re shocked that it’s all climate controlled,” Saldana said. “They don’t have to worry about being exposed to the outdoor elements to go check their mail or to throw their trash in the trash chute.”
