After operating in Southlake for more than two decades, On-Site PC Services is constructing their own office at 1415 Cannon Parkway in Roanoke. President and CEO Brian Davis said that the company expects to move in by July 1.

“This relocation represents for our company a new growth opportunity,” Davis said. “Rising rental costs in Southlake and our office-centric operations, coupled with minimal foot traffic, made building our own space in Roanoke a more financially savvy decision. This move allows us to continue efficient operations in a promising new business environment.”

The details: According to Davis, On-Site PC Services specializes in an array of IT services and caters to small and medium-sized businesses.

“Our offerings span from help desk services to advanced cyber security, Office 365 support and VOIP solutions,” said Davis. “Serving diverse environments, from 10 to 400-plus employee offices, we continue to meet and exceed our clients' technology needs as we start our new chapter in Roanoke.”

Put in perspective: Besides owning the new Roanoke building, Davis said that its location in a prime Roanoke corridor with easy access to Hwy. 114 and I-35W offers an ideal location. The enhanced space enables the development of an expansive tech center, designed to accommodate more technicians and enhance service delivery to clients.

“With a current team of 14, we primarily support clients throughout Dallas and Fort Worth, but our reach extends beyond Texas, servicing companies in California, Oklahoma and Louisiana," Davis said. "This relocation marks a new era of growth and broadened horizons for our company.”
