The development company behind AllianceTexas will be adding six corporate campuses to Circle T Ranch in Westlake.

In a March 11 press release, Hillwood Development Co. announced The Campuses at Circle T. Circle T Ranch is a 27,000-acre mixed-use development in Westlake and part of AllianceTexas.

The addition of six new corporate campuses to Circle T Ranch means select companies will be able to join other companies such as Fidelity Investments, Deloitte and Charles Schwab, according to the release.

“For more than 30 years, we have preserved Circle T Ranch, with only limited and thoughtful development during that time,” Hillwood Development Co. Chair Ross Perot Jr. said in the release. “Today, we are sharing our ultimate vision for the ranch, providing corporate residents with a unique and natural environment that doesn’t exist anywhere else in North Texas.”

The Campuses at Circle T will be located at the intersection of SH 114 and SH 170, which is currently under construction but set to be completed in 2023, according to the release.

In addition, The Campuses at Circle T will have access to employer support resources that are part of AllianceTexas, such as a full suite of workforce recruitment, Alliance Workforce Center training and retention resources, Tarrant County College’s Corporate Center for Learning and Development, and Hillwood Workforce and Education Strategic Initiatives representatives.

The campuses are joined by 230 acres of parkland, a shared gathering space and 10 miles of walking, running and biking trails, the release states. Circle T Ranch is also near shopping and fitness centers, and has over 60 restaurants located within a 3-mile radius.

“The Campuses at Circle T are a rare enclave of expansive and untouched land in the fastest-growing area of North Texas, and they provide companies looking for a flexible space with proximity to nature and an invigorating environment that you simply cannot manufacture,” said Steve Aldrich, senior vice president of Hillwood Development Co., in the release.
